Circa 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio.  Striking victims along the strip of railway between Cleveland and Pittsburgh. The men victims were castrated.  Both the men and women were severely mutilated and decapitated.   The killings seemed to be the work of a butcher, hence the nickname.
