This site is called Serial Killers Live Here, and serial killers are  mainly  what it is about.  But it's not limited to that.  Significant mass murderers, spree killers and even a couple single murderers of note and interest are also included on these pages.  This being said just to head off any emails from you purists out there. 

The recent phenomenon of school shooters and workplace shooters are also going to be explored.  As I'm researching I am finding so many of them that they may get their own sub-site.  I also already have sub-sites working for female killers called Bad Girls Do It, The Unabomber, and Mark Hofmann, the greatest forger of the 20th century who ended up commiting a couple of murders via bombs.

The reason for this sites existence is because I find it continually frustrating how spread out information on different killers is online.  Often it is incorrectly disseminated as well.  I began by looking for sites which were consummate clearing houses for information that were laid out simply, and couldn't really find any I liked.  

The sites I found were either low on pictures and graphics, or not information rich enough, or they covered only a few killers, or they were poorly organized with "creepy" midi files, or they laid out information over pages and pages and getting back to any main index was a pain. 

I wanted a way to organize the information about killers that I was learning, and this site has been a great way to do it.  I've tried to lay it out simply - and I'm far from done.  But that's what it is here for.   If anyone else finds it useful or interesting all the better.
